Upon contacting Uphar Gas, I was told that my connection had been transferred to Maa Bhawani in Ratsar without my consent. This is unacceptable. @pvvnlghaziabad @PVVNLHQ @MdPvvnl @CMOfficeUP बिना मर्जी और अनुपस्थिति में मीटर को चेंज किया गया और अब अनाप-शनाप बिल आ रहा है यहां तक की रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर भी बदल दिया गया है जिससे कि बैलेंस चेक करना भी मुश्किल हो गया है, कई बार शिकायत के बावजूद भी अब तक कुछ नहीं किया जा सका।

मैं गाजियाबाद में रहता हूं हमारे फ्लैट में भी बिना अनुमति और हमारी अनुपस्थिति में मीटर बदल दिए गए और अब पहले जो बिल आते थे उस से ढाई गुना ज्यादा बिल आ रहा है।ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट कीजिए अपने आप मैसेज आता है कि योर कंप्लेंट हस बीन रिजॉल्वड और उसके बाद आपकी कंप्लेंट क्लोज हो जाती है।

I booked a Speed Post on 23rd March, but the tracking information is inconsistent. The website shows one status, while the Dak Sewa app shows something different, and the IVR system is also not user-friendly for tracking. @IndiaPostOffice, please share the current status of my article and also clarify why the Speed Post booked in the afternoon was not dispatched the same day.
