UGC was at one point consuming my life. Wake up, film. Mid-day, edit. Evening, film some more, voiceovers, editing. Throughout all of that, managing day-to-day tasks. Doing it this way resulted in less focus on family, fun, and other businesses. Now, I work less and make MORE but replacing myself 👇

I’ll be honest- I struggle with feeling “stuck” a lot, like literally. There’s times where I simply cannot move because I’m overwhelmed with how much I have to do, and I take FOREVER to start a task. But recently, I’ve started to blast music while filming broll and such, and it has helped me SO much!! Definitely takes my mind off the stress and I just sit there singing & dancing while filming haha. Wanted to share just incase anyone else feels this way and can’t find a solution either 🫶 #UGC #ugccommunity

June Recap: - Shot 50+ UGC videos - Worked with 12 brands in software, wellness, apparel - Creativity + Scripting improved alot! Overall a great month for growth I'll post July goals later today, the biggest ones will be focusing on my own health, and higher deal values

new month, new priorities :) been overworking BUT neglecting self care & rest (feel guilty when I do) and there is a NOTICEABLE decline in my creativity, energy & output 🥲 July’s goal: prioritize mental/emotional/spiritual health and only take on projects that align :)
