Asking a man to maintain his wife (even after divorce) without his wife doing any household work is slavery where men are seen as working slaves to maintain wives. Indian laws make men slaves, men should get their wives do house work so that there won't be slavery

As per indian courts & laws, husbands have to maintain their wives live long ever after divorce, so in return wives have to do household work throughout life ... until laws changes, wives should do all household work

Even if there may hv been evidence, just not enough to prove the charge beyond a reasonable doubt, because for conviction, the charge needs to be proven with all possible evidence
