Once there was a party in a red state that spent so much time backbiting and posturing for power that the democrats swooped in and grabbed the state one bill at a time until it was eastern California. That state was my birth state of Colorado and just 20y ago it was as red as idaho. Today it's as blue as San Francisco. This was enabled by: 1. The moral high ground group. These people constantly preach to play nice while leftists play as dirty as they can get away with. 2. The Christian "god will save us" group that always asked for prayers and never did anything expecting the almighty to intervene. 3. The "we can't play dirty or they will" group that consistently failed to realize the left plays as dirty as you get and delights in your weakness. Now I am living through it a second time. If I had the power I would put several constitutional amendments on the ballot that would pass in a landslide. Among them term limits, seve t e penalties for harboring illegal aliens, and severe penalties for recklessly releasing criminals or pleading them down so they get out easy. It's so f×××ed up that the only politician willing to fight in the GOP is Trump. And he is called names by the party. You all don't get it. Us anonymous, unknown voters don't want decorum or procedure. We want results. Yet the Save America Act is a poster child for today's GOP. Supported by 85% of americans and can't even get a vote.
