All night he talked about himself and about her. She, by contrast, talked about you. Because that’s who she works for.

#EthicalAI is "non-negotiable," @WellsFargo CDO Brian Gibbons told a crowd of the bank's commercial customers, hosted at SAS. That means using AI in “very narrow ways that would never put customer trust at issue,” he said. More on responsible innovation: 2.sas.com/60125cpYO

Things I want for Mother’s Day this year: - paid leave - the right to choose if or when to have a baby - a government that will take care of me if a pregnancy turns fatal - universal health insurance - pelvic floor therapy - universal free preschool - affordable childcare - to stop putting the word “mom” in front of titles like mom-preneur - for schools to allow two parents on the call sheet - changing tables in all gender bathrooms - for business meetings to only exist during school hours - reduced cognitive load - no homework so I can enjoy my kids at night - lowered interest rates so I can afford a home for my kids And flowers.

If you have constructive feedback, it’s not rude to speak up. It's unkind to stay silent. Honesty is the highest form of flattery. It signals that you respect their ability to handle the truth. Don't deprive people of the opportunity to learn. Offering ideas is an act of care.

The last years have materially changed the world we live in, the way organisations, and financial services provide services, and how customers utilise those services. It's also changed how bad actors exploit this to their advantage. #FraudWeek Register 2.sas.com/6016u2QnK
