I'm working on an app for Notes, Lists, Reminders and Calendar events. I'm mostly building this for myself but maybe I will release it for everyone (didn't decide on that yet). The idea is to have a nice UI/UX for handling all of these in one app. There are many good notes apps, good reminder apps, good calendar apps but never found something that does all these things well or at least the way I wanted. On MacOS, creating each list or note should create a .md file for that content in the app's container folder, and then I should be able to ask questions about all my notes and tasks using Codex or Claude Code. I thought about integrating AI directly but that would cost me money since there may be 100s of notes. Just making Codex or Claude Code have access to these notes is enough so that I can just use my subscription to ask questions about my notes. I will be building Mac and Android apps. I'm thinking to use firebase for cloud storage.

A lot of people are upset and taking their anger out online about no trailer 3 news. The question is, why? We know we are days, weeks, a month AT MOST away from GTA 6 trailer 3. Don’t take your anger out on Rockstar or GameInformer, it’s coming very soon. Be excited, the wait is almost over.

@teja2495 Felt like a more appropriate version essential apps. Also, sad day for one sec as its feature as been ripped off by pause project. Googlebook, is a privscy concern. Finally a good update but with a lot of privacy&security vulnerabilities.

In Android 17, you can just create your own personal widgets with AI.

@IliaGlushchenko @raycast Yes it was a bug, and 0.58.0 fixed it. It’s fast now. only thing that still bugs me is settings search. it feels a bit barebones and doesn’t go too deep. Everything else is really great. The only apps stopping me from fully shifting to Linux are you and DaVinci.

In one of the latest @raycast Windows releases, we improved startup time on system boot by up to 6x. This should make a noticeable difference if your machine has a busy startup with heavy CPU or disk usage. Here's the most entertaining demo I could think of for it... (sound on)
