Thrilled to announce that the Salem Maritime bill has officially been signed into law! This has been a long time coming: I've been working with Annie Harris and the other dedicated leaders of the Essex Heritage Area and Salem Maritime Site since 2021, building off of years of great partnership since I first came to Congress. Becoming a National Historical Park means that Salem Maritime will have access to the resources it deserves—meaning more locals and visitors alike can enjoy all that Salem has to offer.
