@zomatocare Order ID: #8217236397. accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. L I updated the address, expecting the order to be delivered to the corrected location. Instead, the order was cancelled and I was charged a cancellation fee equal to almost the entire order value

And I am literally so frustrated because I cannot collect my order, possibly at 2 pm, which is way beyond the scheduled delivery time. I have to leave for a train, and now I am sort of forced to cancel it and pay the amount without being able to collect the order.

@zomatocare Zomato's customer service has become absolutely horrible. I have received stinky food, I have received bad food, and right now my food is horribly delayed. They just refused to refund for these purposes. What sort of a customer service is this? Order- 8191066860
