@thirdwaveindia The Arkere (Bengaluru) store manager was also rude on the call. Please train your staff better and make your replacement process more customer-friendly. This experience ensures I won’t be returning.

@thirdwaveindia Ordered via Zomato. One item was unavailable. I asked to replace it with a sandwich (~₹100 extra) and was happy to pay the difference, but apparently there’s no process for that. The only options were to cancel the entire order or accept an item I didn’t want.

I frequent the Third Wave Coffee near my home and there's this lovely barista they've hired. Her name is Reshma. She's mute. In a customer-facing staff role, you can imagine the challenges she encounters everyday. I worked at my university cafe when I studied in Sheffield. I make an effort to read up on sign language to be able to communicate with her - and make her day a little better, if I can; so do other regulars, who treat her with empathy. But on nearly every visit, there is always a table occupied by insolent fools who mock her disability and then attempt to justify it by saying they were only having a laugh. Why can't people be nicer, more inclusive and accepting?

@thirdwaveindia My whole order was handled by someone using their cell phone. I'm not sure how they can do their job while taking personal calls. Very unprofessional.

Disappointed with @Swiggy and @ThirdWaveIndia. OI-241415954266557 I ordered my regular coffee with full-cream milk, but received skim milk instead. Despite receiving the wrong order, my refund request was denied. As a loyal customer, this is unacceptable.

interesting how @thirdwaveindia does their loyalty program. apparently after every “dine in” order via app, you can get to a certain tier for offers & benefits but the scam their pulling off is crazy- even the dine in orders are put it under “takeaway” to avoid the tier thing

@FoolzWizdom @thirdwaveindia Third wave is the worst coffee I have ever had. Tried thrice then gave up The most unprofessional staff. Served non veg to vegetarian girls and still unapologetic.

After a few years I have returned to @thirdwaveindia. They have really trained their baristas well. The worst amongst new age coffee chains has been Araku followed by Blue Tokai. TW has done something to up the game.
