1. Elected MLA’s should collect their certificates. 2. Party should convene the Legislatures Meeting. 3. Elect the leader of the party. 4. Governor would have the list of elected MLA’s from the Election Commission. 5. Governor would invite that party leader who has the best chance to form the Government. If that leader declines the offer then Governor would call other party leaders. 6. Governor would ask that leader on how many days the leader would need to show majority in the floor of the house. 7. If the Governor is convinced then swearing in ceremony takes place. 8. Convene the Assembly & select a Pro Term Speaker. 9. Oath taking ceremony of MLA’s. 10. Move the Motion of Confidence. Has TVK followed these protocols?
