Dear @united I left a laptop on a recent flight. Upon reaching baggage claim, I alerted the attendant; she called up, gave them my flight and seat and they were able to confirm getting the laptop. I was told I could not go get it, but thay it would be brought down in an LOB (Left On Board) package. Later that day, the laptop did not arrive. A day went by and the laptop became, suddenly, misplaced and did not arrive in any subsequent LOB packages. It has now been 4 days and I have not seen the laptop that was recovered by one of your employees. Please advise. LOB form has been filed, but it seems like one of your employees has stolen (or seriously misplaced) my laptop and I want to get to the bottom of this.
