Hey @AmericanAir I’m IAH your service is atrocious. After sending me to terminal D, then terminal A and now back to D only to be told I “missed” the flight. I’m livid. Thankful for Kevida (probably messed up her name) on phone. She is the only pleasant thing about this flight

@AveloAir (2 of 2) I have also asked for a callback 3 different times a week and am told I’m already in the queue. For a week?!?! Get it together. Ridiculous!

@AveloAir - worst customer service. After canceling a flight, not once but twice, and not crediting back my available cash, I have now spent 6(yes!!! 6!!!!) hours on hold, listening to elevator music, waiting for someone to take my call. (1 of 2)

Hey @AirCanada it’s helpful to train your employees to actually know where bags go when flight is deplaned for a mechanical issue vs me having 3 diff employees say “I don’t know where bags go” thus leading to back and forth between ticket counter/baggage carousel to find my bag🤦🏼‍♀️
