@AmericanAir so much incompetence on flight 2826 from ORD to PHX. One thing after another. Nobody has a plan other than to say not my fault and keep delaying the flight. So much fun sitting on the plane at the gate for an hour waiting for you to get it together.

@AmericanAir Well now it will be almost midnight when I get home if I'm lucky. Now I get to take a $60 Uber home so my wife doesn't need to get me and I guess I just throw the $40 deep dish pizza I was bringing home from Chicago in the trash after sitting out for 8 hours.

@AmericanAir The stewardess finally put her phone down to give us some water after 2 hours. So kind. She mad sure to remind us we are lucky that she volunteerd to still fly cause she had a long day. I reminded her I volunteered to pay for a flight on American and had a long day too. So rude!
