Warner’s amendment protects traditional finance: intentional chilling of DeFi through bad regulation.
Wyden keeps real world crypto devs in the United States.

@JStein_WaPo Both Wyden and Warner are consistent in that these networks and developers present a threat to traditional business, so Warner’s amendment kills a potential competitor while Wyden’s allows it to keep developing here in the US
