I have always tried to be as collaborative as possible. I believe in team science. Over 20 fellows (clinical and non clinical) have been awarded a PhD working with me from all over the globe. I have been incredibly fortunate to work with some brilliant people and for these people to allow me to shape their careers. This is what i learnt of my journey- a 🧵
