I love how he throws in "I'm a hairstylist" like it's a diss 🤣🤣

If you’re gonna be racist, get it right. My tribe, nor the Cherokee wore long headdresses aka war bonnets. War bonnets are worn by the planes tribes. The Lakota, Dakota, Cheyenne, Crow, Blackfeet, Arapaho, Kiowa, Comanche, and Pawnee. Those two probably also think Native Americans have red skin, when in fact that was just a poor translation and referred to red ochre are used a skin dye as a symbol of war. Of course, racist don’t care about truth, just hate.

It's odd to me that Higgins was included in this lawsuit. Was he embarrassed by having to read his own cringey texts during trial? Sure was. Did some people maybe think he could have been part of something because he was there that night and then later seemingly disappeared with rumors of going to rehab? Yea. Did people have their own opinions because of his own strange actions such as going to the police station in the middle of the night, driving to a military base to rid his phone or sim card, etc. Yep. Did some people get curious because of the comment that Jill Daniels made? ("What about Higgins?!") I'm sure they did. But to say that he was defamed? I think that's a massive stretch. In the grand scheme of things, people barely spoke of him. But the McCabes continue to help him out and chose to include him in their fundraiser and in this lawsuit. It almost seems like it's more about trying to appease him and keep him from talking.. no? (FYI: The reason this came to my mind is because during this past summer, before Kate Peter let the mask slip and started outwardly attacking me, she was discussing the upcoming civil case and possible lawyers that the house defendants were reaching out to.. and Kate mentioned that "they" were thinking of the possibility of including ME in their lawsuit. Now we all know Jen McCabe & Co have never given a shit about me. If they were thinking of including me, there was a reason.) 🤷‍♀️

I remain convinced that Higgins -- who told the FBI at his proffer interview that Berkowitz was "a little afraid of Brian Albert" -- was going to turn but ultimately fell in line

I really hope if/when they sue me, I’m forced to read Hank’s Diary into the record
