In desperate need of tips/advice for onset insomnia. Functioning on 4-6 hours of sleep is brutal and nothing I do is helping. Please don’t say “go to bed sooner” I was in bed at 10.

When I moved to FLORIDA everyone said “watch out for alligators!” Buddy, I’ve been here since August & nobody told me about the deadly toads that kill dogs within 15 minutes… I’ve never seen a alligator, I’ve seen hundreds of these little frog fuckers

@Stxrgutz17 Brush teeth in the morning after you wake. You don’t want to drink before you get rid of the nights bacteria. Also brush teeth after every meal and possibly invest in water flosser. Certain deodorants won’t fit for your body, find one that works for you.

@Stxrgutz17 Shower time: start with your hair first, once shampoo and conditioner is out put your hair up. Use a washcloth and scrub from neck down (I save face for last.) make sure to scrub areas like armpit thoroughly. Use an antibacterial soap and then a moisturizing soap. Lotion after.

Do you guys have any tips for basic hygiene things? I was never fully taught anything when I was younger so I'm slowly learning but it's very hard. If you have any tips pls give 😿
