Tehran is covered in thick black clouds of smoke this morning after a series of Israeli airstrikes struck multiple oil depots and a refinery. Locals report that the morning rain was black and oily.

The Islamic University of Gaza has begun repairing and preparing its campus to resume in-person classes. Several university buildings were completely destroyed during Israel’s war on Gaza, but reconstruction work is now underway to restore what remains, including lecture halls, medical laboratories, and other key facilities, as the university moves toward reopening after two years of devastation.
