We can, of course, discuss whether NATO is still a functional alliance, but invoking Article 5 over a drone hit in Romania would likely fail to gain response from many members and could effectively end the alliance, since it would mean its single most important provision failure

@Tatarigami_UA nobody that is paying attention thinks this could trigger article 5, I'm not sure if someone died it would. and that's not really its purpose anyway as its made for larger scale stuff and repeated deaths could be something but not a one off thing every once in a while.
