I'm getting back into the habit of reading. However, paper books are too bulky; I need an eReader. What is your favorite? It would be nice if it could be used to highlight and bookmark unknown words or translate them. I’m open to change my mind, by now I am looking at Kindle Paperwhite 16 GB, 2024 model.

controversial opinion: after using fable 5 for a few days on my marketplace… i’m not seeing a huge difference compared to opus 4.6 for some tasks it’s amazing, resonates like wow but for larger features with real project context, i still hit similar limitations. maybe it’s my prompts. but i also expect better models to require less prompt engineering, not more. curious if anyone else feels the same

Users ≠ Customers. Users use your app. Customers pay for your app. An app can have 1M users and still die because nobody pays. Another app can have only 5k users and survive because it solves a real pain point with good pricing. Don’t just optimize for growth. Optimize for conversion, retention, and revenue.
