The Supreme Court has issued notice to the Centre, the Election Commission of India (ECI) and all State government’s seeking response on a plea filed by Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay seeking biometric identification of voters at polling booths in all Parliamentary elections and all State assembly elections.
A bench led by CJI Surya Kant noted that such an induction at this stage — where election process in some States has already commenced — would be impractical. The petitioner also submitted that he is not seeking such an induction at this Stage but is only seeking that the Court issue notice to the respondents on his plea so that the issue may be examined by the Court.
“However whether such course deserves to be followed before the next Parliamentary elections and/or elections of State assemblies is to be decided by the Election Commission of India (ECI). Issue notice”, the Court noted in its order.

This explains why I kept a safe distance from Modi from the time he assumed power in May 2014. I did not even go to gift him a copy of my book on him. Just sent an unsigned copy through his favourite bureaucrat Bharat Lal! The names of women who were made MPs and ministers by Modi due to intimacy with him were being whispered loudly enough within Sanghi power networks right at the outset. That is why I took precautions very early on. The names of those like Hardeep Puri who provided him special services while he was Gujarat CM were also being shared in hushed tones as soon as Hardeep and Jaishankar were included in the Cabinet! In 2014, when I went for lectures to America, there too tales of his aiyyashi were doing the rounds. Appointment of 12th pass Smriti Irani as Education Minister had given credence to other scandals, till then hidden from public view. The scandal involving Mansi Soni had already reached the Supreme Court. Someone close to Modi gave me a whole set of papers submitted in the Supreme Court by the incarcerated IAS officer who too was having a rollicking time with Soni. In addition, people from Gujarat, including some of those close to Modi, shared with me disgusting stories of his sickly dalliances with women while he was Gujarat CM. And earlier while he was pracharak and BJP office bearer! Hearing those stories, I became so averse to his presence that I avoided even those functions, including marriage receptions, where Modi was likely to show up! So traumatized I was by the gory accounts that I actually sank into deep depression in 2014 which deeply impacted my health. Went for 21 days to an Ayurvedic healing centre in Coimbatore in 2015 in the hope of recovering from multiple shocks. I remember when I shared my grief at the reports I was hearing with a very senior RSS intellectual, he shrugged it off saying, "why are you so shocked? Why should his personal life bother any of us?" The appointment of #pornpeddler Amit Malviya as BJP's Social Media incharge was yet another proof of the inclinations of the top bosses of BJP! I might have overlooked his predatory sexual conduct, if he had done well on other fronts. But his aggressive peddling of genocidal vaccines and brazen attempts at crushing Hindu samaj and demonizing Hindu dharma, his outrageous patronage of Bheemtas and Meemtas to launch lethal attacks on Hindus, his slavish conduct vis a vis the Globalist Mafia, his devilish conduct in persecuting Hindus during the Kathua Kand (described in detail in my book The Girl From Kathua, A Sacrificial Victim of GhazwaE Hind) and much else, made me realize in the first term itself that we are saddled with a Satanic ruler, a CIA plant who has been put in power to wreck India, and decimate Hindus! Modi's personality disorders have convinced me that we should pay far more attention to sexual corruption of our leaders. Those who are compromised on this front very easily succumb to blackmail by enemies of Bharat, than those who are financially corrupt! Will soon provide proof of how he is being blackmailed from day one. Hence the vulgar 56 inchiya boasts!

यूपीएससी (UPSC) सिविल सेवा परीक्षा 2025 में 958 उम्मीदवारों को विभिन्न प्रशासनिक सेवाओं के लिए चुना गया है। इन उम्मीदवारों में दो आकांक्षा सिंह हैं, एक 301 (रोल नम्बर 0856794) दूसरी की रैंक 454 (रोल नम्बर 1517936) है।
ब्रह्मेश्वर मुखिया की पोती, इंद्रभूषण की बेटी अपनी रैंक 301 बता रही हैं जबकि यह रैंक रंजीत सिंह की बेटी आकांक्षा सिंह की है। उनका रोल नम्बर 0856794 है, उन्होंने बाकायदा एडमिट कार्ड जारी किया है। इस पर एक क्यूआर भी है। जाकर चेक कीजिये यह एक असल एडमिट कार्ड है, इस पर रोल नम्बर 0856794 आता है, आधार कार्ड के आखिरी डिजिट भी हैं।
उधर, जब ब्रह्मेश्वर मुखिया की पोती के एडमिट कार्ड को स्कैन किया जाता है उसका रोल नम्बर 0856569 आता है। यानि आकांक्षा सिंह ने अपने एडमिट कार्ड को एडिट कर 301 नम्बर वाली आकांक्षा सिंह का रोल नम्बर लिख लिया है।
एक बात और है कि 958 उम्मीदवारों की पूरी सूची में ब्रह्मेश्वर मुखिया की पोती आकांक्षा सिंह का 0856569 रोल नम्बर नहीं है। यानि उन्होंने इस साल क्वालीफाई ही नहीं किया है।

शराबबंदी के कारण बिहार मे ड्रग्स, अफीम का खेला शुरू हो गया है जो ज्यादा खतरनाक है।

क्या बिहार में शराबबंदी खत्म करने की तैयारी है?
मुख्यमंत्री Nitish Kumar को राज्यसभा भेजे जाने की चर्चाओं के बीच बिहार की राजनीति में एक नया सवाल उठ रहा है—क्या यह सब कहीं शराबबंदी खत्म करने की रणनीति का हिस्सा तो नहीं? पिछले कुछ दिनों से कई नेताओं के बयान सामने आए हैं, जिनमें कहा जा रहा है कि शराबबंदी से बिहार को कोई खास फायदा नहीं हुआ और इससे राज्य को राजस्व का नुकसान हो रहा है।
दूसरी ओर यह भी चर्चा है कि विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले जीविका दीदियों को दी गई आर्थिक सहायता के बाद राज्य का खजाना दबाव में है। ऐसे में सवाल उठना स्वाभाविक है कि क्या राजस्व बढ़ाने के लिए शराबबंदी खत्म करने की जमीन तैयार की जा रही है।
यह भी चर्चा है कि Nitish Kumar के रहते शराबबंदी खत्म करना आसान नहीं था, क्योंकि यह उनके राजनीतिक और सामाजिक सम्मान से जुड़ा फैसला रहा है। ऐसे में कुछ लोग मानते हैं कि इसी वजह से उन्हें धीरे-धीरे साइडलाइन करने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
लेकिन यहां सबसे बड़ा सवाल महिलाओं की सुरक्षा और सामाजिक संतुलन का है। जब शराबबंदी लागू हुई थी, तब गांव–गांव की महिलाओं ने इसे राहत के रूप में महसूस किया था। घरेलू हिंसा, झगड़े और परिवारों की आर्थिक बर्बादी जैसे मामलों में कमी की उम्मीद बनी थी। आज भी जब शराबबंदी लागू है, तब अपराध की घटनाएं सामने आती रहती हैं—ऐसे में अगर खुले तौर पर शराब की बिक्री शुरू हो जाए तो हालात क्या होंगे, इसकी कल्पना करना कठिन नहीं है।
अगर विकास की बात करें तो Gujarat जैसे राज्य में आज भी शराबबंदी लागू है और वह आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत राज्यों में गिना जाता है। इसलिए सवाल यह है कि क्या किसी राज्य की तरक्की का रास्ता सिर्फ शराब से होकर गुजरता है?
प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi से भी यही उम्मीद है कि बिहार को 2005 से पहले के दौर में नहीं, बल्कि विकास, रोजगार और मजबूत व्यवस्था के रास्ते पर आगे बढ़ाया जाए।
बिहार को शराब नहीं, शिक्षा, रोजगार और सुरक्षित समाज चाहिए।

नीतीश में जबरदस्त संभावनाएं थी । वो देश को दिशा दे सकते थे । 2005 से 2010 के बीच उन्होंने दिखा दिया था कि वो देश को चला सकते है । लेकिन संकीर्ण सोच और अवसरवादी राजनीति ने उन्हें एक कबीले का नेता बना के छोड़ा । जब वो पलट कर देखेंगे तो उन्हें अफ़सोस होगा ।
नीतीश एक बड़ी संभावना की त्रासदी है ।
