सिंघाना नगरपालिका में वार्ड परिसीमन को लेकर गंभीर सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं परिसीमन जैसी महत्वपूर्ण प्रक्रिया में नियमों की खुली अनदेखी दिखाई दे रही है। न तो भौगोलिक सीमाओं का ध्यान रखा गया और न ही मतदाताओं की संख्या का संतुलन बनाया गया। स्थिति यह है कि: ➡️ कुछ वार्डों में मतदाताओं की संख्या 200 से भी कम है ➡️ वहीं कुछ वार्डों में यह संख्या 1100 से अधिक है यह अंतर केवल एक तकनीकी गलती नहीं, बल्कि लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था की निष्पक्षता पर सीधा प्रहार है। जब एक वार्ड में कम मतदाता और दूसरे में अत्यधिक मतदाता होंगे, तो समान प्रतिनिधित्व (Equal Representation) का सिद्धांत कैसे लागू होगा? परिसीमन के स्पष्ट नियम कहते हैं कि: ✔️ वार्डों की जनसंख्या/मतदाता संख्या लगभग समान होनी चाहिए ✔️ भौगोलिक निरंतरता (Geographical Continuity) बनी रहनी चाहिए लेकिन सिंघाना में इन दोनों ही बुनियादी सिद्धांतों को नजरअंदाज किया गया है। स्थानीय नागरिकों की मांग: इस परिसीमन की निष्पक्ष जांच करवाई जाए नियमों के अनुसार पुनः परिसीमन (Re-Delimitation) किया जाए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हो @CeoRajasthan @DMJhunjhunu @RajCMO @TikaRamJullyINC @GovindDotasra
