Finally went to Erewhon in Venice and am sad to report:
1. It's everything the stereotype implies, down to the twee foodie-ness, throngs of yoga-pants-americans, etc
2. It's actually good, which is what sucks about Affluent America: they have good taste, but there's an entry cost and the alternative is either Premium Mediocre Panera-stan or Walmartlandia
