**Scam Alert** Massive EV Mobility Scam Using Taxpayers' Money! India government's Electric Vehicle policy and schemes are nothing but a huge scam. It's just a heavily subsidized program for the rich that is being marketed as a masterplan to reduce carbon emissions and pollution. Here is the latest example. BluSmart Mobility is India's biggest Electric Car based ride hailing service with nearly 8000 Electric Cars operating in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. BluSmart is based in Ahmedabad, and founded by Anmol Singh Jaggi, Puneet Singh Jaggi and Punit K Goyal in 2019. Unlike Uber and Ola, it operates its own fleet with drivers working on monthly salary. How can a small startup company run a fleet of 8000 cars just like that? (1/8)

A bench of Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra of the Allahabad HC this week delivered a landmark ruling. So the case was -  the accused Pawan & Akash saw a lonely 11yr old girl walking on the road, grabbed her breasts. Akash broke the string of her pyjama and then they happily tried to drag her beneath a culvert. Fortunately some passerby observed this incident and interfered followed by Pawan and Akash fled from the scene. However, Hon'ble Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra found Grabbing a girl’s breasts, breaking her pyjama strings, and trying to drag her beneath the culvert is not enough to charge a perpetrator with the offence of rape, or an attempt to rape. Throgh his ordee in prolific legal language was elaborated -  “The allegations levelled against the accused Pawan and Akash and facts of the case hardly constitute an offence of attempt to rape in the case. In order to bring out a charge of attempt to rape the prosecution must establish that it had gone beyond the stage of preparation. The difference between preparation and actual attempt to commit an offence consists chiefly in the greater degree of determination.” Subsequently altered the charges against two accused. Before summoned to face trial under Section 376 IPC (Rape) and Section 18 of the POCSO Act. Now the court has directed that the accused be tried under the minor charge of Section 354-B IPC (assault or use of criminal force with intent to disrobe). We need more such Hon'ble Judges. 🔥 Btw India is ranked amongst world's one of the most dangerous countries for women, worse than Pakistan, Afghanistan.
