.@AmericanAir up to its usual failure to communicate. Waiting for 2836 to depart Miami. Boarding was supposed to begin 10 minutes ago. No announcement about the delay, which is generally my experience. gate agents standing not doing anything else visible.

Hey @mutualofomaha - you lost my online profile for my insurance product and failed to inform me, costing me the time of 2 login attempts and calling customer service, ~30 min. Why no DB run to ID those affected and inform them? Where I live, that's usually easy to do - 21st C

At Midtown Hilton NYC: On all 4 of my devices, I have to login into Wifi daily Moreover, each instance often takes multiple tries We're 1/4 of way into 21st C. and @HiltonHotels still has not mastered Wifi Unbelievable @HiltonHelp

.@BolthouseFarms Coffee flavor OOS 2X at my nearby Giant. Manager did not need to look up b/c many other customers asked - waiting (ages!) for delivery. TIme to switch to Jocko Molk?

Hey @cowaymega - just started up my brand new 1512HH HEPA QQ: In Ecomode, how does machine know to turn on if pollution increases. I'm thinking there is no airflow. Does the detector detect pollution even w/o air flow and, if so, how does that work?

Hey @HiltonHotels @HiltonHelp ... I can't login to hilton.com in Chrome on a Mac. I enter valid credentials and instantly am returned to you home page. I can login in the iOS app. What gives with your website?

Don't stay at @HiltonHotels if you can avoid it. IME, service on site is consistenly bad. And, last night and just now, I cannot login in on Chrome, on 2 different computers. I'm locked in - I own a timeshare Finally in - on Safari No thanks to @HiltonHelp

Hey @AmericanAir - what is cause of repeated delays for 2410 today from BDL and why should passengers have any confidence in an updated departure time given that you have changed it 4 times in <2 hours?

Receiving texts like this from @AmericanAir does not inspire confidence. If AA, like @united, provided the reason, I might not say this. But IME, AA operations is incompetent and does not get the benefit of the doubt that this is weather or ATC caused.

@AmericanAir My gate check bag was not at the gate when I arrived at HPN. I had to wait at the carousel. Every step of operations has failed in my experience except safety Not just this flight, but at least half of my flights with your airline

Once again @AmericanAir screws up; it’s Rare the airline manages to get anything right IME 5282 at DCA Boarding and departure time showed 1002. Boarding at 9:30 or so. Got to the gate and no aircraft at gate Notification arrived as I typed this
