Every few months I get asked for an intro to someone at Etherscan and each time I say I have never met someone who works there in my entire time in crypto 😅

@JoestarCrypto @YuvalRooz What do you have in mind specifically? I’ve spent a lot of time around those block explorers… Have tremendous respect for Matt who built Etherscan.. have tried to partner with him on a few occasions

Yo wtf is $CC ?? > #19 crypto MC (x10 in 1 month) > No tokens onchain, everything lives on tier-2 CEXs > Raised $442M, partly from Nasdaq & S&P500 (no VC alloc, equity i guess) > $6T “onchain” (not origination… right?) > DAML smart contracts (??) > @YuvalRooz as CEO @CantonNetwork (who even is that?) > 7 TPS peak > Horrible explorer and no TVL Wait the funniest part : > Supply x30 in a year thanks to infinite mint/burn tech… but no one burns lol At this pace that’s like $1.6B inflation every 3 weeks, the more i dig the less it makes sense Is this the new $XRP ? @hantengri might love this Fun fact : Nothing backed by Nasdaq or S&P as investors actually worked @fnality raised $334M and nobody even knows them Tbh i don’t think this is pure extraction, feels more like web2 trying to compete with crypto native, but ngl, the tech looks terrible It’s like radio companies trying to invest in internet startups back in 1990. Cringe

At the highest level, participation starts with the right infrastructure.

Providing equitable access to blockchain data also means sustaining it fairly for everyone at scale.

Be @etherscan > Offer FREE and generous APIs for 10+ years > Made it clear that FREE APIs can evolve over time > Continue running explorers even after some foundations drop funding > Adds a small API fee (for a tiny subset of chains) to ensure long-term sustainability > Still keep verified contract API endpoints free for all tiers across every supported network > Watch the FUD roll in 🙄 info.etherscan.com/whats-changing…

A Decade Onchain: Our Shared Journey Ten years ago we started with a simple idea: To make Onchain data open, accessible and human-readable for everyone. In those early days, it often felt like we were just charting an unknown space: @etherscan/space-the-final-frontier-9779359cae6d" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@etherscan/spa… Back then, our role was simply to map each block so others could navigate their way safely and transparently. Over time, that map grew into core infrastructure. We came to realize that running a block explorer is more than indexing block data—it’s about maintaining a trust layer made up of countless precise components, relied on by users, researchers, and builders alike. It’s a responsibility we’re grateful for, and one we continue to take seriously. Along the way, we introduced Explorer as a Service (EaaS) and began building explorers across L1s, L2s, and other networks. Together with project teams, we adapted explorers to local needs, improved them through countless forks, and worked to turn raw data into clarity that users could rely on. As those networks grew, we grew alongside them—release by release, step by step. Today, Etherscan explorers serve hundreds of millions of users across the most consequential blockchains. That reach was never our aim in itself. But simply the outcome of many small, careful decisions to keep the product fast, factual, and fair... Every day, every market cycle. This milestone belongs to the community: • To users and researchers: Thank you for trusting us to be your onchain lens. • To developers and project teams: Thank you for the feedback that sharpened the explorer and enriched the data. • To our EaaS partners: Thank you for choosing us to power the explorers your communities rely on. • To the Etherscan Team: Thank you for the steady and quiet work behind the scenes. As we look ahead, our principles remain unchanged: clarity over hype, neutrality over noise, respect for privacy, and an uncompromising focus on the details that make blockchains legible. This next chapter will also be defined by giving back—supporting the communities and ecosystems that made this journey possible. We will continue investing in tools, programs, and initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem and empower those who build and explore within it. Here’s to the next decade-->Back to building 🚀 @etherscan

@tayvano_ We have to admit—there are many great alternatives out there. That said, for networks looking for a scalable, customizable solution backed by a team focused on safety, clarity, and fast, reliable support, we’re here to help.

@kaanuzdogan @Butta_eth Hey Kaan, On Etherscan, source codes are always accessible via API. Additionally, we have provided you with a higher API limit to fetch them, as per your request. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

In order to be one of the best chains, you need to have the best infrastructure. Which is why we partnered up with @etherscan to bring the best block explorer to @AbstractChain. Etherscan is now available for Abstract testnet and will be live on mainnet at launch time. Enjoy.

Just had my four year anniversary working @offchain this weekend. An amazing time to reflect on all of the successes (and learning opportunities) that we had along the way. I remember helping @sgoldfed @hkalodner @EdFelten get the company off the ground in 2018 and being extremely bullish on their capabilities, vision and my ability to work and provider synergistic skillsets. When I finally joined full-time in 2020, I remember immediately getting thrown into solving some of the most challenging tasks I have had to accomplish professionally in my life. Working with my broader set of colleagues has been amazing and I am in awe at how much I am able to learn from my teammates every single day. Offchain Labs is known for building Arbitrum and contributing to Prysm. But in many ways this is just the beginning of our journey in our mission to solve the most challenging problems the industry is facing. I could not be more bullish on this team and think that Offchain will continue to grow into becoming one of the most important companies in our industry. Here is to many more years of building 🍾. Locked in.
