1.) No... It doesn't disengage. It tells you to take over when something like impact is unavoidable or bad weather and it loses control. Which it still operates just it wants you to take over. 2.) There is a difference between forced disengage (the car doing it) and the person disengages. They're tracked differently. Tesla saying the person disengaged FSD means they physically turned it off 4 seconds before this. You can see the vehicle start to regen coming up right around where it would be the 4 second-5 second mark. Which is where they turned it off.

Wasn’t it proven that autopilot is programmed to disengage when it registers it’s about to crash? If it turns off 4 seconds before impact that means the autopilot caused the crash How are we this stupid
