i love this story because it accidentally proves the entire 2026 local marketing playbook in one screenshot. charlotte house cleaner. dmed me 3 weeks ago. "my bookings doubled in 21 days and i can't figure out why. behind on everything. help." i asked her to screenshot her intake form. "how did you hear about us" field, last 21 days: - chatgpt: 34 - "a friend" (probably also AI based on the phrasing): 12 - yelp: 6 - google: 19 (mostly google AI overview — her ad spend hadn't changed) so ~60% of new bookings in a 3-week window came from AI engines. she had never optimized for AI. she'd never heard of "AI citations." we got on a call. i asked what she'd changed recently. her virtual assistant had started posting twice a month on the company blog. nothing fancy. "5 things to do before a move-out clean." "how much does a deep clean cost in charlotte." one of those posts — "move-out cleaning costs in charlotte: what we actually charge in 2026" — listed her pricing ($160 / $240 / $320 by bedroom count) and HONESTLY compared her to 4 competitors she respects. that single post is now her largest lead source. it's beating 4 years of accumulated google ads spend. she didn't write it for AI. she wrote it because customers kept asking "what does it cost" and she was tired of repeating herself. here's what i keep trying to tell every local business owner: AI models don't want "SEO content." they want HONEST ANSWERS. the most citation-able content is the content you write when you're genuinely annoyed that nobody on the internet has clearly answered a basic customer question. pricing. real timelines. when to hire vs DIY. which competitor is good for what. what to expect on day 1. write one honest version of any of those, you're in the top 5% of citation-able local content. not exaggeration. we've scraped 12,000+ local business websites at localrank.so and ~600 of them have content that answers customer questions honestly. 5%. the bar is embarrassingly low. and SEO agencies charging $3,000/mo are not raising it. get over the bar. get cited. stop renting your customer acquisition from a platform that no longer routes customers. Comment "LOCALRANK" and I'll DM you The Local AI Citation Bible — 47 pages, the exact playbook 200+ local businesses use to get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overview. I’m not ever gonna say how I know this but Mr. Beast is currently filming season 3 of Beast Games in NC and he’s running this season as non-union unlike the first two seasons because he doesn’t wanna pay healthcare or pension. His side has halted negotiations and theres a picket planned if the cheap prick doesn’t come to the negotiating table.

I just built a Claude Code marketing skill stack that plans campaigns, writes social posts, designs carousels, and produces animated videos from a single brief every week. Feed it your brand design system, your best-performing content, and a campaign brief → it studies your voice and visual identity → generates on-brand assets across every format while you review and approve. All inside Claude Code and Claude Design. Perfect for marketing teams and agency owners who are still briefing designers on assets Claude Design produces in minutes, calling skills one at a time when one brief should trigger the whole sequence, and manually pushing skill updates to teammates who need the same system running on their machine. If you're running marketing in 2026, you already know the math - the teams that produce at volume aren't the ones with the biggest budgets, they're the ones with a skill stack that handles execution while humans handle strategy. Most teams ship three assets a week if they're lucky. This skill stack solves it: → Drop your branded landing page into Claude Design and it extracts colours, typography, components, and spacing into a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically → The campaign planning skill reads the brief, researches the market via Perplexity MCP, and builds a branded slide deck with KPIs, persona, funnel map, and roadmap → Pulls from your best-performing posts and storytelling framework as reference files so social content matches what actually works in your space → Routes complex tasks to sub-agents running in parallel and simple executional tasks directly to skills based on routing rules in CLAUDE.md → Fires completed skills to a Notion library automatically every week at 9am so your team always has the latest version without manual uploads → Drops finished campaigns, posts, carousels, and videos into dated project folders ready to publish No briefing designers on assets Claude produces in minutes. No calling skills one at a time when a brief should run the whole sequence. No manually distributing skill files to teammates every time something updates. What you get: - Brand design system extraction guide: 10-15 minutes to a portable skill file every other skill calls automatically - Four function skills: campaign planning, social content, carousel design, and animated video each triggered by a slash command - Multi-skill orchestration setup so one brief triggers research, content, creatives, and landing page in the right order automatically - Notion skills library with auto-sync routine so your team always installs the current version from one place - One skill stack you install once and run across every marketing workflow forever Built 100% in Claude Code and Claude Design. I put together a full playbook with all skill files, the brand extraction guide, the Notion library setup, and the exact CLAUDE.md routing rules to get the full stack running from one brief. 227,744 views. 3,316 comments. 477 leads. In 7 days. One Claude system. 0€ ads. I put the whole system into ONE Notion doc. 6 sections. * Find lead magnets that already convert (not guesswork) * Generate hooks scored on real virality + intent * Use a structure built to turn views → leads * Preview posts before publishing (desktop + mobile) * Schedule your week in 15 min * Turn comments into DMs automatically It also captures intent. → detects engaged people → scores + enriches leads → starts conversations → handles replies → books meetings Like + comment “CLAUDE” and I’ll send it (must be following so I can DM you)

It’s just so tiresome watching people who work hard get taxed on top of what they already do. I mean they already lost more than half of their money to the government, after all that 2 percent is actually pretty significant. It’s always the tax payers that get held accountable for the shortcomings of frivolous politicians.

@shroudgoat @xcvnrg @ParkerOrtolani Microsoft has fully pivoted Xbox into a services and software business, not a hardware business. The console itself is almost a loss-leader at this point. Their money comes from: Game Pass subscriptions — recurring monthly revenue, millions of subscribers

We just built the world's best AI SEO audit. It shows exactly where and how your brand appears across major AI platforms like ChatGPT. Most agencies charge $2K+ for an audit like this. But we're giving it away free for the next 24 hours. Here's exactly what's inside: 1. Branded: How AI talks about you directly 2. Competitive: How you stack up vs competitors 3. Category: Where you appear across your industry 4. Sources: Which ones you're in and missing 5. Action: Plan to close gaps and improve visibility You're losing deals to competitors simply because they're showing up in AI answers and you're not. And the worst part is you don't even know it. This audit fixes that. Like this post + reply with your website URL and I'll DM your custom audit within 24 hours.

I'm Italian. I just got back from Rome. Over dinner, old friends and I started arguing about the same thing we always argue about: which cities in Italy are genuinely incredible but nobody ever talks about? We went back and forth for hours. By the end of the night, we had a list. 7 hidden cities that most people, including most Italians, will never think to visit, let alone move to. No crowds. No tourist markup. Insane quality of life. Thread 🧵
