@WyattzWorId I kept a couple sealed Evolving Skies booster boxes from 2021 which ended up being a good move.

Advice I’d give to anyone: Buy Pokemon cards, keep them sealed, and lock them away. In 2020, I collected 30+ products, and never touched them. They have ALL doubled, tripled, or quadrupled in price. I didn’t scalp, I bought ONE each time I came across them. Trust me.

Since she has no assets to speak of, she’s introducing an asymmetric agreement. If I were this dude, I would just not get married to her. He should hold out for someone who has some stake in the relationship.
