@SouthwestAir flying for the first time with the changes to seating and snacks. I was very surprised and disappointed that half the plane gets Pistachios. As one that has a violent tree nut allergy - and know this is pretty prevalent - I will be seriously considering a switch.

There has to be a better premium offering that reduces allergens on the plane.

@ChipotleTweets the staff wanted to argue with me that this is fresh and it was just the avacados that were a weird color. This is not oxidation, these are bad avacados. It tastes like battery acid in your mouth.

@SouthwestAir I had a recent issue with a flight and need some help. Paid for upgrade then flight was so delayed we had to move to a different flight due to missing the connection. I’m not seeing a refund for that. I also don’t see an option for this on the website.

@SouthwestAir got a notification of weather conditions in chi town and offer to change flight. To avoid the weather altogether I asked to move the flight to MKE. Policy said I had to stay in chi town or pay the diff. Thats a stupid policy considering the situation. #angrycustomer
