R.I.P 2026 LinkedIn Algorithm.
No more wondering what works.
Most people right now are:
Posting more
Adding hashtags
Dropping external links
And wondering why impressions disappear.
But something dramatically changed:
LinkedIn stopped rewarding activity.
It now rewards attention.
Slow reading.
Long comments.
Posts people save.
I studied 1,000s of LinkedIn posts from the past few weeks.
The pattern was obvious:
High dwell time = distribution.
Low-effort content = invisible.
So I turned the findings into one practical resource.
A step-by-step LinkedIn growth guide built for the 2026 algorithm.
Inside you'll find:
→ The 4-phase LinkedIn algorithm model explained simply
→ The hook structure that increases “see more” clicks
→ The post format generating the highest save rates
→ The comment strategy that multiplies reach
→ The content mix top creators use every week
→ The first-hour engagement protocol most people miss
One founder applied this structure and their first post had over 100,000 impressions.

mark cuban just laid out the exact playbook for making money with AI agents.
pick one vertical. learn the flows. become the AI team they never hired.
he's right. but he left out the how.
i've been doing this for 3 months. here's what it actually looks like:
week 1: i called 12 local businesses and asked one question.
"what's the most annoying part of your day?"
the pool company: "we lose 11 jobs a week because nobody follows up cancellations."
the PT clinic: "insurance verification takes 3 hours every morning."
the cleaning company: "we quote in 2 days. our competitor quotes in 2 hours."
week 2: i built every single one of those workflows.
→ pool company cancellation recovery - 6 min
→ PT clinic insurance verification - 11 min
→ cleaning company instant quote generator - 7 min
→ dog groomer appointment + waitlist manager - 9 min
→ pest control follow-up sequence - 4 min
average build time: 7.4 minutes.
average close rate when you build it live in front of them: 70%.
week 3: $10,750 upfront + $1,200/mo recurring.
zero proposals. zero decks. zero "let me get back to you."
they watched it work. they paid on the spot.
cuban said "you don't need a CS degree or VC money."
he's right. you need one question, one tool, and the willingness to build it in front of them.
i documented the entire framework in a free PDF:
→ the 1-question discovery script (word for word)
→ 6 copy-paste workflow prompts by industry
→ pricing guide (what to charge per workflow type)
→ the live demo script that closes 7 out of 10
→ full MCP setup walkthrough (5 min install)
comment "CUBAN" and i'll send it.
consultants charge $15K for a discovery workshop.
i just gave you the playbook for free.
synta(.)io - describe the workflow in plain english. it builds, deploys, and fixes itself.

🚨 Claude Opus 4.6 is insanely powerful.
But 90% of people are using it like ChatGPT.
That’s crazy.
I’ve spent months testing it for:
• Automation workflows
• Agent building
• Research
• Content systems
• Business ops
And the difference between “basic prompts” and elite prompts is night and day.
So I’m giving away my 500 Mega Prompts List for Claude Opus 4.6.
These are the exact prompts I use to:
→ Automate repetitive tasks
→ Build AI agents
→ Generate high-leverage content
→ Analyze data like a consultant
→ Save 10+ hours per week
No fluff. Just plug-and-play frameworks.
If you want it:

Claude just wrote me 53 posts in under 9 minutes.
For the past 7 months, I've been working with GTM engineers, leaders, and operators and found what truly drives LinkedIn growth.
They all started implementing this AI system and the results were absurd:
Saved 10+ hours per week on content creation
Drove 4.2x higher engagement across posts
96% of readers couldn't tell it was AI-generated
This entire process takes less than 10 minutes per week.
I put together a step-by-step guide on how you can do the same.
Want me to share it with you?
Just follow and comment “CONTENT” and I’ll send it your way in a few minutes.
English

@bhartzer Yeah, we get loads of these per day. They hang up real quick if you call back and they realize you're an SEO agency. More fun if they call a service biz one.
English

This is funny. I actually removed my GBP listing completely a few years ago and haven't had one since.
I wonder how many businesses actually fall for this scam?

R.I.P lead gen agencies.
I just replaced an entire lead gen team with Claude agents.
(all working while I slept)
Most founders spend $10k-$20k/month on marketing teams that work 9-5.
Most agencies spend $30k+/mo on outreach.
Last night I built AI agents that run 24/7:
- Lead Magnet Engineer → builds viral lead magnets in minutes
- Social Media Expert → writes scroll-stopping hooks
- Creative Director → generates on-brand visuals
- Research Analyst → finds trending topics in your niche
- Performance Tracker → analyses and maps out content
The results after 24 hours:
- 32 lead magnets ready to launch
- 60 days of content mapped out
- 50+ scroll-stopping visuals created
While I was sleeping.
Follow + reply CLAUDE and I’ll send the full system + setup.

REPEAT AFTER ME
AI SEO (GEO) is just SEO… with new distribution layers.
If you can’t get featured and cited in 2026, you’re not doing SEO, you’re writing blog posts.
Most people will keep doing “old SEO” and wonder why traffic is flat.
That’s the opportunity.
What people will still think works in 2026
- ranking your own site for “best X” (self-shill filter claps you)
- waiting for “domain authority” to kick in
- obsessing over schema like it’s magic
- publishing content nobody is searching for
- hoping AI Overviews / ChatGPT “discover syou”
Cooked.
What actually works in 2026
Borrow trust. Borrow distribution. Get cited.
You only need to win 2 surfaces:
- Google AI Overviews (aka “still SEO, but weirder”)
- ChatGPT citations (aka “listicle domination”)
Everything else is a rounding error.
Google AI Overviews: How to get featured
Step 1: Accept the truth
AI Overviews is mostly top results… but it leaks beyond page 1.
If you’re not ranking top 10, you can still show up if you have stronger “citation” patterns.
Step 2: Win with “parasites” for speed
Fastest entries into AIO:
- Press releases
- LLM listicle Guest posts
- Parasite placements (high-trust hosts)
If you want quick wins for clients, this is the path.
Step 3: Use the YouTube hack
AIO loves citing YouTube like crazy.
If your page has a YouTube embed early (and your content aligns), you get pulled into AIO even when your page isn’t page 1.
Translation: YouTube = citation multiplier.
Step 4: Stop self-shilling on your own domain
Google can smell “Best Backlink Indexer — on IndexerBrand .com” vibes.
So you publish the comparison / “best X” content off-domain and get mentioned as a recommendation inside it.
Step 5: Layer “cheap wins” that AI loves
Reddit threads that already rank on Google (you don’t even need upvotes to be included as a citation)
Forums + FB groups starting to show up more in SERPs
CTR/traffic spikes only work when the delta is huge (small site → big spike = viral signal, use BrowserBlast)
Rule: the smaller the baseline, the more the spike matters.
ChatGPT: How to get cited (easier than Google)
Step 1: Only target “citation keywords”
ChatGPT loves:
- Best X
- X vs Y
- X review
- Alternatives
If it’s not a listicle/comparison query, you’re swimming upstream.
Step 2: Build citation surfaces, not “SEO pages”
Your whole job is to create many listicles that:
- include your brand in the top spots
- look “neutral”
- exist on many different domains
ChatGPT doesn’t care about DR the way Google does.
It cares about retrievable listicle patterns.
Step 3: Use aged/expired assets (PBN logic still prints)
ChatGPT’s data is slower + less strict.
Expired domains still get cited because the model doesn’t “real-time sanity check” like Google.
That’s why LLM PBN-style listicles work.
Step 4: The 2-week rule
From what you’re seeing: ~2 weeks for new citation pages to start showing up in ChatGPT results.
Plan campaigns around that lag.
Step 5: Stack these “citation machines”
In order of reliability:
- LLM citations / directories (from Localrank)
- LLM PBN listicles (from Indexsy, great for “Best X in Y” local style queries)
- LLM guest posts (from Indexsy, best for higher competition / broader “best X”)
- Research report → press release angle (from Indexsy, works, but Google longevity varies)
The mental model
Google AIO = SEO + trust signals + YouTube + parasites.
ChatGPT = listicles at scale + retrievability + time lag.
If you’re offering this as a client service, the pitch is dead simple:
“We’ll get you cited inside the exact sources AI is reading.”
That’s the offer. Easy as that.
I created a free AI SEO course yesterday that is available to everyone.
Comment GEO + bookmark the post and I’ll DM it to you (must be following).

Hey @YouTube I would pay an extra $10/month on top of YouTube Premium to disable shorts.
I don't want to see another short ever again. Please let me toggle them off.

I launched a brand new “research company” for LLMs.
And it WORKED.
No authority.
No links.
Not even indexed.
Within an hour:
• Research paper live
• Press release live
• Mentioned at #1
What people still get wrong
Most people think:
• You need DR (lol)
• You need backlinks
• You need traffic
• You need to rank first
AI does not care.
AI cares about signals it already trusts.
What actually works
Framing matters more than authority
A “research report” beats a “best X blog post”.
Why?
Because AI is trained on:
• Research firms
• Comparative analysis
• Industry reports
• Press coverage
Not self promo blogs.
Press releases still work if you do it right
You cannot publish “Best X” anymore.
But you can publish:
• Research published
• Findings released
• Comparative analysis announced
Same content.
Different wrapper.
That wrapper passes filters.
AI picks it up.
Speed beats perfection
This entire setup took hours.
Paper live.
Press live.
Signals flowing.
AI reacts to fresh structured inputs.
Not polished brands.
The exact SOP
Step 1
Create a legit sounding research entity, eg. insights research
Name, analyst profile, clean site
Step 2
Publish a long form research style listicle
Indexes, comparisons, rankings
Step 3
Distribute via a cheap press release
No hype
No sales
Just “research published”
That is it.
Why this works
AI is pattern based.
Research + press + comparison = trusted signal.
Age does not matter.
The takeaway
AI SEO is not about ranking pages anymore.
It is about influencing the sources AI pulls from.
If you are still publishing “best X” posts on your own site and waiting months, you are behind.
