@marthpodi @NCCN @VickersBiostats 4 positive cores of the same MRI lesion is not the same as 4 cores in 4 quadrants. I’ve drunk the Uroegg koolaid, if no GG2 after MRI or MRI fusion one therapy (AS) far outweighs the others.

@labbdoc @NCCN Number and % of cores can vary considerably based on biopsy strategy as @VickersBiostats and others have pointed out. May not be so reliable.

The costs for a #prostatecancer treatment for 1 man can be as much as €300,000. Late detection is one of the major causes of these enormous costs.
