@fairfaxcounty 2nd time in a month you have missed my trash and yet customer service just says our truck records that we were at your address so it is not a miss. I have a can of trash that begs to differ. My can even has my house number on it.

I like what @FeedingAmerica does requested not to receive any mailings. I finally stopped donating to them because they did not comply to that simple request. If I donate I don’t want so much of it going to mailings. I am already donating. Such a waste of resources.

@ffxpublicworks Not impressed with customer service. I submitted a missed pick up and they said the truck says they were at that address so it is not a miss. I have a full can that says otherwise

@amazon @UPS it would save money and help environment if on returns dropped off at a UPS store the receipt for the customer was not printed on the label maker. I really don’t need a self sticking return sticker.
