This is a great point. Everyone was soooo upset about the team not being the 2nd worst team in NHL. That would’ve got the 6th pick. I’d much rather have the confidence boost for multiple players

The #STLBlues could have easily finished where the Calgary Flames did. And what did it get Calgary, the 6th overall pick. It's completely unpredictable which helps eliminating the tanking.

I think fans saying Carbonneau will be in lineup next season. 😬 I think unless he improves his foot speed he will have an AHL season and half before he’s NHL ready .
He will be good just not NHL ready .
