Honestly, I think Hot Mustard is the only local option.
McD originally took it away, the small yet loud Hot Mustaaaaard folks made their outcry and thus it became a local option.

If data centers are cheaper in space (they’re not), we should just put them at the bottom of lakes and oceans instead:
- cooled by water surroundings
- can run power lines and fiber optics to them
- instead of an expensive rocket, you can just drop them in place

China is attempting to do the impossible. The construction of 123 km underwater tunnel, the Bohai Strait Tunnel is on and it will cost China $42 billion. On completion, the high speed transport system will reduce travel time between Dalian and Yantai from 8 hours to only 40 minutes. It will be the longest underwater beating 53.85 km Seikan Tunnel.
