I wonder if the league will tone down OKCs whistle now that it’s got this attention or if will continue to be an unfair advantage

.@MontePooleNBCS on where the blame falls if Steve Kerr leaves: "I think it mostly has to fall on the front office and when you look at their history, people say 'Well Steve Kerr and his staff didn't develop players'. My response to that has been and still is 'What players have left the Warriors and became a star someplace else? What young player did they fail with that went someplace else and succeeded?' Kuminga is still a work in progress obviously, but you look at the past few years and I think it's been more of the other way. The Warriors have brought in guys who have given them something. Gary Payton II didn't have an NBA career until he came to the Warriors . . . Steve and his staff found a way to make him a NBA player and he was a crucial part of a championship team in 2022 . . . The same can be said of guys like Andrew Wiggins. When was his best basketball played? With the Warriors . . . You look at Otto Porter Jr., came to the Warriors, they gambled on him . . . he helped them win a championship, got a big contract and he played, I think, 23 more games the rest of his career before he said 'I can't do this anymore'. Guys like Damion Lee and Juan Toscano-Anderson, Steve and his staff found ways to make those guys functional, useful and they left the Warriors and you haven't heard from them again . . . The young players who have come to them haven't been the kind of young players who can turn a franchise around."
