@UseLemfi I have escalated this to your cust service 24 hours later. I don’t have a response. I cannot make any withdrawals from my account cos I have reached the monthly limit. This is simply ridiculous as I have not made any withdrawals. Just moved money from my main account to savings.

Kindly note that three months is not required to access your funds on our platform. You can save and withdraw your funds at anytime. ~Prisca
- this is the biggest con. It says withdraw at anytime. Save £120k, and @UseLemfi restrictions means you need 3 months to get access to your own money.
Simply unacceptable and major misrepresentation
@UseLemfi Hello it is clear you don’t understand your own terms and conditions. Your platform does not allow me to withdraw £30,000 in one day. There is a daily limit and the monthly limit does not permit this volume.

@VodafoneUK@VodafoneGroup Roaming not working for 26 hours. This is getting ridiculous. I can’t receive OTPs. The joke is I need this to log into my Vodafone account from a laptop. I am working remotely so how you expect me to function
@VodafoneUK - is there an update on the roaming issue. I can’t move around with Sat nav and I need data for this. This has been over 24 hours @VodafoneGroup
@VodafoneUK - can someone please tell me when the roaming issue will be resolved. Can’t call an Uber, can’t use Waze or Google maps. 8 hours later this is unacceptable.

Transferred money 19th Dec ‘24.. 23rd Dec money STILL not received . Still chasing by email & calls to get a session ID to help recipient back track. Should NOT be for me to do.
Can you sort this out or do I need to escalate to the FCA.
