Sticks n Bricks are ~125-150k. Land cost is what drives costs up most 80-150k per lot. The difference goes to overhead/incentives/more profit

Colapinto is not going to get a seat next season, so you're preparing him for nothing beyond the 9 races left.
A rookie with no seat time is also hardly going to give you better results imo. I understood Sargeant getting cut but not this.

@kbxnks It’s the line you draw that you have to deal with. Make the determination, stick with it for the year and change next year if you need to. If you’re D1 and you’re short, you have a tough year in D1. D2 and you’re large, you make cuts, maybe keep a practice squad and go up next yr

@lanefarrarr Very good point. I think that’s a really fair way to determine division. But to play devils advocate, your division is decided before the season and tryouts start. So what if you went D1 and then only had 25 guys? Or went D2 and had 40 guys show up for tryouts?

It will be interesting to see how this would affect a school like High Point. While they have a NCAA program, their enrollment is only around 6,000.
That would normally be a sure fire MCLA D2 team based on size, but they will be competing in MCLA D1 with schools of 20k plus

Another vote that came down through MCLA summer meetings was in regards to schools with NCAA programs joining the league. Any incoming teams with NCAA programs must now play in Div 1, while schools already in the league with NCAA programs must move to Div 1 by 2026.

@vvlacrosse Yeah I know that’s the way it once was, but then you get the whole talent pool thing specific to lacrosse. Personally I think it should just be roster size. D1 for rosters > ~20. Let schools make the determination based on how many lacrosse players they have

At some point that stopped being enforced.
You gotta start somewhere, and the influx of NCAA teams give them a good reason to start there, but they need to finish the job.

I think this is a good start, but if the only teams that have defined divisions are teams with NCAA DI programs, it seems a bit . . . incomplete.
