@bridgitmendler Too bad I missed you when you were at the site. That is our farmland that we rent to Planet for the dishes. I have company called SATSHOT that uses satellite imagery to manage farmland. This site is also a 50 acre area that we call Agrarian Preserve to use as a carbon sink.

Northwood just achieved some major technical validation: our phased array ground station achieved bidirectional communications links over the full duration of satellite passes with Planet Labs — this baby works!! The language of killing people used by Trump, Walsh, and DeSantis is uncalled for. Maybe the debate moderator will test the candidates and see if they are willing to at least condemn this kind of talk. Most find it disgusting. Unfortunately a few will take it as a call to arms

@mouthofmorrison Didn't do that and built it organically, but thats been over the course of 5 iterations over 28 years. Last iteration has worked for over 8 years and still is head of its time. Main mantra was no ESRI.

At the end of the day, a successful business needs (at an absolute minimum) a positive gross margin. Everyone ripped on Amazon for having a negative net income but they have always had positive gross margins and have had positive Free Cash Flow for very long time.

Mortgage underwriting is extremely frustrating. We are looking at re-building our cabin that was totaled this winter. I bought a farm this spring and that rent income won’t “qualify” w/o 2 years of history. That simply defies common sense.

@ndcorngrower I’ve heard of others doing it. My dad used to do it phos acid in the 80s. You definitely don’t need Exactrix to do it though the higher pressure systems like aNH3 and MaxQuip I think help with control. The positioning of P being first and N being behind it I think is important
