5. Leaving out numerical data (where possible). There are those who are persuaded by logic, and those who are moved by emotion. Appeal to both brains. Include stats whenever you can get them.

Here are the biggest mistakes I’ve seen when companies write their own case studies:

@bijucyborg @forssto @smokingpancake @debbiebere I'm biased but IT + marketing is a great combination for international talent in Finland. Loads of growth companies, English widely used in the office.. that and the fact that many Finnish marketers lack understanding of big markets like the US.

@KaiMykkanen @MikaelJungner Oman kokemukseni mukaan maahanmuuttajien halukkuus työhön on paljon korkeampaa kuin suomalaisten halukkuus palkata maahanmuuttajia. Kotoutusta enemmän tarvitsemme asennemuutoksen työnantajien ja vallanpitäjien puolella.

@MikaelJungner Kyllä @MikaelJungner ja siksi muuhun kuin duuniin Suomeen tulevat on kotoutettava napakasti ja velvoittavasti työhön tai opiskeluun. Silloin maahanmuuttoa pystytään lisäämään runsaammin ilman sellaisia lieveilmiöitä ja vastareaktioita, joita näemme Euroopassa.

Maahanmuuton perusongelma on, että niitä maahanmuuttajia on liian vähän.
