@ask_aubry Would face more time.... not less. So, women that try to do an abortion because rape can be sentenced to more years than rapists. And, btw, in São Paulo state, women above 22 weeks, victims of rape are being denied legal abortion.

@ask_aubry I am beyond angry, as a Brazilian. It is enough already the religious agenda be in congress, but to try to do that... bunkers. The women that attempt an abortion for rape would face less time than the rapist itself.

In Brazil rn, the conservatives are trying to push a law that would sentence a woman up to 20 years for getting an abortion with no exceptions for rape or even health of the mother. 60% of all rape victims are under 13 and the penalties for rape is at most 10 years. Be angry.
