It snowed. I forgot it was St Patrick’s day. I had five phone calls with one of my least favourite people today, and then had to see him face to face. But I’m going to eat the fattest deli reuben tonight, so it all balances out.

Behold Calvin, the daredevil spider who dared and lost when he jumped in front of my roller when I was trim years ago. I slow motion screamed, but couldn’t stop the momentum, so now he’s immortalized in my kitchen. (I don’t care about the paint on the hardware.)

Today I used a coffee cup I haven’t touched in a year because I felt like its feelings were probably hurt, then I congratulated my favourite cactus (Ursula) on her new little arm nubs. If you don’t either also do things like that, or think it’s adorable, I’m not for you.

Pretty inconvenient and messy to have to squeeze them both at once, sticker, but I guess rules are rules.
