I did complete the form and it doesn’t work it lists errors that don’t exist. Is there a controller for the Metropolitan line that I can organise a meeting with. This train particular train is cancelled regularly and I want to know why?

Heartbroken today. Stan lost his battle. For 12 years he gave us unconditional love. He was never aggressive, even with our cats and welcomed everyone with a Croc in his mouth and a furious tail wagging. We tried everything but in the end there was nothing left we could do.

@chilternrailway That is the flimsiest excuse for not being a customer focused operator. Quick email back to the old timetable, same trains, same drivers easy. Why be so deliberately difficult?

@larkinsdavid We are running an amended timetable which unfortunately doesn't stop at any Transport For London station during their planned industrial action, even though this has now been cancelled by RMT Union, because this was short notice we could not change the timetable.
