sometimes its rly hard to watch ur parents learn and grow. like i love my sister & id nevr wish anything bad upon her, but why did i deserve beatings and she gets gentle parenting? like im so glad she doesn’t have to go through it but it stings more that i had to

like i firmly believe the message it sends might contribute to raising seweside rates even for mentally ill ppl that aren’t officially eligible

so what do we think abt assisted seweside for mental illness as the only reasoning. cuz i kinda think like.. what will already sewesidal ppl w a certain diagnosis feel, getting the confirmation that the government thinks that sometimes, w this diagnosis, dy!ng is the only way

wonder why i have that stubborn belief that everyone would hate me specifically for self unaliving. cuz i had someone pass that way, ive seen how ppl act around that and everyone switched completely, nobody hated them. and for myself i can say it def didnt make the grief lighter

went from suicidal and “i need it to look accidental so that they dont hate me for it” to wanting to live but being too far gone and “if this kills me by accident i hope they think i did it on purpose and wanted to die so that they dont feel as bad” both suck

konjac side dishes are nasty, its so bad even with otherwise amazing flavoring / sauce and also probably the worst thing my intestines ever had to deal with

@lowcalenergy we dont have that but we also dont have a radio at all, its just announcements from the info section now and then but otherwise its quiet which is so great, id go nuts having to listen to radio music for 8 hours straight while working

@lassquelette Some grocery stores have quiet hours where they dim the lights and shut off the radio it’s nice

@odetoh1m i eat wayyy too much protein so hopefully it goes to normal soon

@lassquelette it is normal to still have high serotonin levels awhile after serotonin toxicity- 95% of your serotonin is produced in your gut, so the best way to improve your levels is to eat high protein, low carb meals for a bit due to proteins ability to slow down ghe delivery process

any med / nursing students here? what exactly does this mean if this is my blood result 2 months post serotonin toxicity, havent taken serotogenic substances since & my meds is non-serotogenic as well ion wanna google it cuz google always makes me think im prolly dying

/this was done at an independent lab, they dont explain anything. went there mainly as a last resort to check my electrolytes after the whole thing w my gp (some of yall may remember) and i only ticked the serotonin for checking out of curiosity, but idk what to do w it now rly-

@x4n4l3x im not sure but generally when i compare hands w ppl, i have quite normal length fingers but a really markably small palm so that might be it cuz when measuring and comparing the arm itself it’s smaller than taller ppl my bmi so that checks out, cant explain it otherwise
