@lassquelette Even worse when they bring up the physical aspect of it "nobody will want to date you" "your hair will fall out and be ugly" "you're just gonna be bloated and fat if you dont eat" like how about I kms so we dont have to get to that point??

trying to scare ppl w eds with the mortality rates is rly ironic when u take into consideration that a massive portion of these deaths is literally suicides

@debbiesarah30 @wonyette it’s pretty common actually! esp when ur underweight, ur body enters a chronically stressed state and u tend to go up and down the number on the scale a lot bc of fluid shifts (especially if ur physically active, purge or use lax) = water retention can hide mass loss

ok so I feel like I lost weight maybe, I can see a few new bones, and I’ve been having heart issues lately did I lose or gain on 1050 cal a day + 10-17k steps

@lassquelette right lol even aside from that i think ppl really just underestimate how severe an ed mentality is. death has pretty much never been a deterrent for that, even if someone is afraid of that theres a good chance they wont be able to "just snap out of it" thats not how that works

@angelgir1444 trying to scare someone with an ed by using the mortality rates of eds is ironic, because you’re automatically assuming someone with a disorder that’s commonly linked to suicide will be afraid of dying

@lassquelette no im not AT ALL. what i said applies to suicide from an ed and physical death from an ed. so many people could have died from suicide and it wasnt recorded as caused by an ed. so many people have died from medical complications and it wasnt recorded as from an ed. its both.

@angelgir1444 like let’s say someone manages to hide a severe ed for the whole duration of it prior to their passing, young people don’t just drop dead for no reason and answers are demanded, autopsy is performed, investigations happen

@Scarletjoestar thank u! i dont rly like brownies but mby i could try to flavor it w vanilla drops instead, sweet potato itself has a caramel-like flavour when baked so that could mby work too

@lassquelette oh i never heard of anyone making a mug cake in the oven! tbh i always make low cal/high volume cakes and the ones with apple never come out great. if you want a hack - try boiled sweet potato,cacao,tiny bit of flour and 0 cal sweetener. i PROMISE it tastes like a normal brownie

130cal apple mug cake not only it’s high protein low cal low carb and filling, but also tastes like absolute shit and im very disappointed

@Scarletjoestar also if i use the exact dough i use for non low cal cakes for my family and split it into those exact mugs it comes out perfect so i like,, i think it’s the ingredients not the mug

@Scarletjoestar whats the difference when u use the same batter though? i mean it would fail just the same if i did it that way, id just have more of it
