Health update
Officially down 22 lbs.
Yesterday, Sunday, I spent 90 minutes playing pickleball.
Then chest, shoulders, and Tris at the gym followed up with 27 minutes on the treadmill.
I keep reminding myself that there is no previous commit to restore when your health crashes.

I had fun reading to some Burke Elementary students at the Chicago Public Library today. When the Obama Presidential Center opens next year, we’ll have a new branch of the library for the community to enjoy.

Oh My Goodness! That man did it! Nano Banana Pro is out! It actually worked! With MULTIPLE pictures as the reference, the text is clear, & this looks pretty dang good!

Built this last night for my site. A way to show the latest podcast episodes on my homepage inspired by old school style radios. Honestly had a blast figuring this one out! Turning the tuner changes the episode displayed!
