As Artemis II gets ready to move from the VAB to LC-39B in Florida later today, I thought it would be great to stop by Huntsville Alabama and visit the US Space & Rocket Center plus Space Camp and relive some of our space history that has led us to the Artemis program and return to the moon! Hi people on X! As you know, I promote a healthy life style with physical activities and gym for building muscles and healthy ageing. We know many are suffering from diabetes and obesity (the causes varies). So my personal interest has spread over to my professional. My passion for exploring the How and the Why, has fueled my commitment to deepening scientific understanding and creating effective treatments. For a long time humans life span has increased, but due to obesity and its comorbidities, this curve has declined. The peptide GLP-1 (Ozempic/ semaglutide) might revolutionary changed this curve. But not without adverse side effects. The muscle decline might lead to entirely new, unforeseen health crises. Only time will uncover the truth. I hope this treatment we are creating will change this trend, with a healthy weight loss by increasing metabolism but keeping the muscle mass. For the future its the drug that lets humanity conquer the cosmos without wasting away. (Yes, Elon all the way to Mars). For Ron’s carnivore plate tonight, he gets ground beef fried in a good amount of bacon grease, simmered in beef bone broth with extra butter melted in and topped off with bacon! 🥓 For myself, ground beef with onions and garlic. Roasted sweet potatoes, all with a mix of spices, heavy on the cumin. With some beans on the side. This one of my go-to meals when I’ve got a long work stretch ahead. Makes such a great lunch!

@laughingorgasm I’m so anti caffeine. How do you sleep with an afternoon coffee? I would be so jittery and sweaty. I can only do decaf or a half caf with some of that mushroom stuff to keep the jitters down.

An afternoon coffee keeps me sane. And awake a little longer than I want to be😬
