#worlddiabetesday and also two years to the day since I went to A&E thinking I was just a bit stressed & left three days later with a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes. This is what I’ve learned in two years of managing a chronic condition that most people think is a joke 🧵:

@bookingcom stuck in a filthy room in York with 4 kids plus one with type 1 diabetes. Refund issued but will take 7-10 days. No help in finding new accommodation and no money to book one. Customer services just hung up on us!! #fuming

@laura563 @TSB I had same problem and called TSB and after 45mins got thru and chap suggested did I have another card with another provider I could use and so I did that without any issue.

Why aren’t @TSB one time pass codes coming through? Can’t make online payment

Pls share to stop confusion. THERE IS NO £2,500 CAP ON ENERGY BILLS. Instead the new 1 Oct guarantee, like the old caps, limits - Daily charge (28p gas, 46p elec) - & Unit rates (10p/kWh gas, 34p/kWh elec) So use more, pay more. £2,500 is just what someone with avg use'd pay
