We can actually look up that VIN here and confirm it's a base model. NHTSA labels it couple body with "base" trim but Stellantis/Dodge list this as "Base SXT" trim.

I grew up watching Ann Widdecombe tell me that as a gay boy and then man I was perverted, immoral, diseased, corrupted, not fit to be a parent or even a member of society. She maintained her homophobia throughout her life despite knowing many gay people in her own party ...
