Spare me the complaints about Virginia's new districts. This is my new district in Texas. Unlike VA, I wasn't able to vote on it. The blue area is a very diverse part of the Dallas suburbs that was carved out & threw in with a bunch of rural (red) voters as far as 180 miles away!

Reporter: What do you make of Republicans saying that Virginia— AOC: Wah wah wah. We have asked Republicans for 10 years to ban partisan gerrymandering. And for 10 years, Republicans have said no. Republicans have fought for partisan gerrymanders across the United States of America. And these are the rules that they have set. And so if the Republican Party wanted to start this, they did this in North Carolina. They drew out three Democratic members of Congress in North Carolina. They did it in Texas. What they’re just mad at is that they have been accustomed to a Democratic Party that rolls over, doesn’t fight, and takes everything sitting down. And what they’re mad at right now is that we are here in a new day. And we have been asking the Democratic Party to stand up and fight, and now they did—and now the Republican Party doesn’t like the fact that they are fighting against someone who actually will stand up for the American people. So if Republicans decide that they would like to revisit a ban on partisan gerrymandering, I welcome them. We have the bill right here to end this all today. But they don’t want to, because they like pursuing and continuing to enact an unfair electoral landscape. And so we have an obligation to defend ourselves.

How incredibly predictable that Bondi and Noem made absolute bafoons of themselves on behalf of Trump, only to learn that there’s no amount of cruelty toward others that could buy them safety in a room full of misogynists.

Bondi was awful, but no worse than Patel. Noem was terrible, but no worse than Hegseth. Funny that it’s only the women who get fired.

While the President sends more American troops to the Middle East, the price of everything - groceries, gas, mortgages - keeps rising. Let’s be clear: we are worse off today, and no safer, than before this unnecessary war began.

These people have been totally silent about North Carolina Republicans' partisan gerrymander of our state for 15 years running - including just last year. They also vocally opposed Democrats' attempts to ban partisan gerrymandering nationally in 2021. What does that tell you?

Bob Mueller was one of the finest directors in the history of the FBI, transforming the bureau after 9/11 and saving countless lives. But it was his relentless commitment to the rule of law and his unwavering belief in our bedrock values that made him one of the most respected public servants of our time. Trump and Robert Mueller were born two years apart, both into wealthy families and both with private school upbringings. Trump received five draft deferments during Vietnam and became a parasitic real estate baron. Mueller volunteered for service, graduated from Officer Candidate School and Ranger School, was wounded in combat, and received a Bronze Star w/ Valor for rescuing one of his wounded soldiers under intense enemy fire. And that pretty much crystallizes both the difference between the two and Trump's toxic jealousy toward Mueller.

If someone attacks a synagogue because they're angry at Israel, that is antisemitism. It doesn't matter the reason they're angry. Targeting a synagogue because they need to take out their anger on Jewish people--and any Jewish place of worship will do--is antisemitism.
