Pésima la atención al cliente de @LATAM_ARG … haces check in desde su propia app logueada, no te suman las millas, y cuando haces el reclamo te dicen que tenes que mandar foto de tu DNI y una selfie por Mail cuando solo pedís que sumen millas de un pasaje registrado a tu nombre

No te piden foto de tus documentos para emitir el pasaje ni para cobrarte con la tarjeta de crédito pero te lo piden para acreditarte las millas de un pasaje a tu propia cuenta RIDÍCULOS! Para una operación sin ningún riesgo no voy a comprometer mis datos personales
